Do you want to conveniently manage all your mail you’ve received today even when you have rules configured which scatter them across different folders? This is my personal favorite Search Folder.

Automatically reply every time

I have a rule set up for an employee on vacation, that when an email is received, it will send an automated reply that “I will not be in the office”.
However, the rule only works once. Can it work for each time an email is sent to the person on vacation? Or is it a given that once you get the automated reply, you know that the person is on vacation?

Change default save type

Whenever I try to save a message it defaults to htm for HTML formatted messages and to txt for Plain Text formatted messages. I would like it by default to save to msg-files so it will keep all Outlook info and attachments. How can I do this?

View Color catergories in Outlook 2003

We have some machines with Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. If we use colored flags in 2003 we can see the corresponding color category in 2007, but if we select a color category in 2007 we cannot view the color in 2003.

Is there something we missing or another method where both 2003 and 2007 can use the same color coding methods either using colored flags or colored categories?

Search without index in 2007

Is there any way to search a PST when the index are not complete?

I have recently migrated to Vista and the indexing is still crawling gently trough my 1.5Gb PST. However I still need to search ! Is there a way to perform an old fashioned, slow but effective search?

Search subfolders with Instant Search

Instant Search only works on the folder that I’m currently in or on the entire mailbox. I know I’m in the right project folder but it has too many subfolders to do my search on. Is there some way to make it possible to search the subfolders for the folder that I’m in as well?

Junk E-mail Filter not working

All Junk Email is still received to my Inbox. It doesn’t seem to filter out anything even when I’ve added the sender to my blocked list.

Move pst-file

How can I move the pst-file from its default location to another more convenient location?

Delete email at set date

When I get an email sometimes I only need to keep it for a few days or weeks. By the time it is out of date it has disappeared down my inbox, so it often does not get deleted.

When I get an email is it possible to put on a setting to delete it on a date in the future? I could put on a flag to remind me to deletion later, but would like it even better if it deleted without any further input.

Shrink pst-file

I have a very large pst-file so I cleaned it up but the file size is still the same. I’ve already emptied the Deleted Items folder. How can I make it smaller?
