Can’t open attached messages
When I receive an email message from someone with an attached message I can't open the attached message; it does not open and I get no error messages.
What's wrong?

Set POP3 as the default when connecting to Exchange
I have two accounts configured in Outlook. One is an Exchange server and the other is a POP3 account.
I have the POP3 account set as the default account but every time I restart Outlook the Exchange server is set as the default again.
How can I make the POP3 account stick as the default?
Error when moving an email
When I try to move emails from the Inbox of the Mailbox of the Exchange Server to the Inbox of the Personal Folders (.pst) I get an error that says:
"Can't move the items. Could not Move the item. The original was either moved or deleted, or access was denied."
How can I move this message?

I've been trying to figure out how to group all the communication revolving around one topic. The topics are not on-going, as in over weeks and months. However, frequently, numerous people reply to an email over the courser of a few days but not in sequence.
How can I group them together or do something that keeps me keep track of all of them so I can reference?

Inserting hyperlink shows {HYPERLINK}
Recently I have been noticing that whenever I create a new message, reply or forward messages in Outlook, any hyperlinks and/or pictures in the message are replaced by
{HYPERLINK "mailto:______@_____.com"}
or
{HYPERLINK "http://www._____.com" }
or
{INCLUDEPICTURE "cid:image001.jpg@______" \* MERGEFORMATINET }
How can I reset my Outlook to include the short hyperlink when I write the message or edit it? (When the mail is sent or received it changes back to the short link).
