I have 2 calendars in Outlook; one for work/family events, and the other
for school-related events. I'd like to sync both to my Smartphone, but it only syncs the primary calendar.
Is this possible to sync both Calendars between Outlook and my Smartphone?
Upon converting a message from HTML to Plain Text or when trying to past HTML content in a Plain Text message, I used to get a Compatibility Checker dialog informing me which changes would be made to the text such as that pictures and formatting will be lost.
There was also a "Don't show this dialog box again" option which somehow (some time) got selected and now I don't get this dialog anymore.
Is there any way to get this dialog back?
I've stored my contacts as First Last but when I address an email by pressing on the "To:" button, it still shows them Last, First.
How can I show them all as First Last like they have saved them in the Contacts folder?
There is an email in my mailbox and each time the message gets selected it crashes Outlook. The message is junk anyway but now I can't even delete it.
How do I get rid of it?
When reading my emails, I have a hand instead of a mouse pointer. This way, I cannot select any text. When I click, the hand makes a grabbing motion but doesn't get the text at all.
How do I get my mouse pointer back and be able to select the text again?
I was using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. Now I installed it on Windows 7, where I use the standard Aero Glass user interface (and would like to continue using it).
Now the toolbars and other internal areas in outlook (e.g. email view) appear in a baby-blue background. Only the outer border of the window is in the Aero Glass color scheme.
How do I change the background color of the toolbars etc. (get rid of the baby-blue)?

When I try to set my Junk E-mail filter to "No Automatic Filtering", Outlook will switch it automatically back to Low.

When looking at my folder list, I see 2 folder sets with the same emails. One is my default where I keep all my email, contacts, etc… and the second one is called Personal Folders and shows all my emails as well.
When I delete a message from Personal Folders, it is also deleted from my main mailbox.
How can I remove this duplicate set of folders?
I sometimes receive a mailing which shows "Undisclosed Recipients" in to To field. I want to send out a mailing myself now.
How can I also send out with "Undisclosed Recipients"?
