When I start creating an email from another application, I cannot access Outlook anymore. Every time I click in Outlook, I only hear a "ping" sound.
How can I get the focus back on Outlook instead of the opened message?
Is there a way to associate Notes with specific contacts so I can track these Notes on the "Activities" tab of the contact as well?
Is it possible to suspend the reception of emails while staying on-line?
Working off-line isn't an option for me as I still need access to non-cached on-line data like Public Folders and shared folders.

I have modified my Quick Access Toolbar in Outlook quite a bit and I would like to save the changes in case I need to reinstall.
How can I backup the QAT and can I also copy these to my laptop?
When sending a message to multiple users, Outlook reports "too many recipients" and the message is never received by the people I sent it to.
What is the maximum amount of people that I can send to using Outlook?
We've set the Windows sound scheme to "No Sounds" as we are not to have any default sounds going off all day (I share the room with 5 other people). But now every time an email arrives, the computer still makes a beeping sound which is even more annoying.
We cannot turn off the sound completely either as for some things we are still allowed to have sound alerts (in fact, it is required).
How can we get rid of the beep?
I've added a couple of commands to the Standard Toolbar in the main Outlook windows and now it spans 2 rows. I like it like this.
However, when I exit the "edit mode" for toolbar customization, the Toolbar collapses to a single line again. I've tried to set the option "Show Standard and Formatting toolbars on two rows" but that option is grayed out.
How can I make my customized toolbar show on 2 lines instead of 1?
When I add info to a contact it makes a new entry in my "Address Book".
Some have multiple entries of the type "SMTP" and others have the type "FAX" as well.
Why does it give me another (new) contact instead of just saving the original one with the changes?
