VB Editor doesn’t work
I'm using Outlook 2003 and when I select "Macros" for one user there is no response, the dialog box doesn't open.
I also cannot get the Visual Basic Editor to work. It does work when I log on as the administrator but if I make the user an administrator it still doesn't work.
How can I make the VB editor work for this users again?
Most likely the "VBA for Outlook Addin" has been disabled. In that case it will be listed in;
Help-> About-> Disabled Items...
Select the add-in and press "Enable" to turn it back on.
