Update broke my Outlook Send/Receive
An update was automatically installed this morning and immediately stopped my send & receive function. When I uninstalled it, my emails started flowing again.
Does Microsoft know about it?
Create shortcuts to files and folders on C:\-drive, other disks, Network Shares or Cloud Storage
In the bottom left corner of the Navigation Pane, I see buttons for Mail, Calendar, Contact, etc… and also one called Shortcuts. In it, there is already a shortcut for Microsoft Office Online.
I am having trouble to find a way to add anything else besides Outlook folders. For instance; A link to my templates folder or a specific template file (oft-file) and a Internet link to my mailbox’ web access.
How can I add shortcuts to files and folders on my hard disk and Internet links in the Shortcuts Navigation?
Cannot disable add-in
I'm trying to disable some add-ins but I get the error;
"The connected state of Office Add-Ins registered in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be changed."
How can I disable the add-in without uninstalling it?

Inserting a background picture
I am trying to create an email that has a picture set in the background like a watermark or a digital greeting card. I cannot find an option to do that.

I'm moving from my old Windows 7 computer to a new computer running Windows 10. I've already restored my pst-file but that didn't include my signatures.

When I print a copy of my message, how can I include the file name of any attachment to the message? At present only the message is printed, but no record of any attachment with it.

Some messages in my Sent Items folder have an envelope figure with a circled letter i on the envelope. What does this mean?
Showing the Ruler and Tab Stops in Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010
I used to have Word set as my email editor for amongst others to easily set tabs. Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 apparently only use Word as the email editor but I don't see the ruler to set the tabs.
Has this feature been dropped?
