Accidentally moved a folder and cannot find it

I’ve accidentally moved a folder when I tried to select a different folder. I’m now not able to find back the folder anymore to move it back where it belongs. I’ve got a lot of folders so going through each and every one of them isn’t really an option.

Is there a way in Outlook to search for a folder name?

Launching Outlook at startup (in a smarter way)

I know many people start Outlook as the first application directly after they start their computer and close it as the last one when they shutdown. You might already know that you can automatically start any application at startup by placing a shortcut to this application in the Startup folder in the Start Menu. This is a great way to save you a click and/or to ensure that you do not forget to start Outlook.

However, the problem with this method is that you are putting quite a bit of stress on your computer directly when you login and starting up your computer might actually take a lot longer as a result. Especially if you are also starting some other applications directly at logon, you could render your computer unresponsive for quite some time.

Multiple Signatures as message templates

I use the Signature feature in Outlook to build an email with standard responses.
For example, depending on the response needed, I can select Signature #1 and #3 for one email, and Signature #1, #2, and #4 for another email.

Now when I try to do this, the original Signature is removed and replaced with the Signature I just selected.

How can I make the Signatures stay so that I can build my email from these templates?

Hidden emails in shared mailbox

When sharing a mailbox, some of the users accessing this mailbox do not see all messages while others do.

Some other folders even show that there are unread items in them, eventhough everything has been marked as read or when the folder is empty.

How can I make these “hidden” messages available to everyone?

Outbox messages have no date and hang

I’m having several messages in my Outbox waiting to get sent out. I noticed that some of these messages have a date and are written in italics. Other messages have no date and are in Roman. Upon sending and receiving, the ones in italics get sent but the ones in Roman hang in the Outbox.

What is the difference and how can I fix this without needing to recreate the messages?

Vote for the best meeting day

I’m trying to plan a meeting but it seems not everybody liked the day that I picked orignally. I’ve now got several alternatives and I would like people to vote on the meeting days and times that are available and then pick the one with the most votes.

Is there any way I can create a “vote for meeting” invitation in Outlook?
