► Continue to the answerThis is another one of my favorite “hidden features” in Outlook which allows you to send copied text or files without first creating a new message.
The trick is really simple but it will raise some eyebrows for sure from people not familiar with it.
I’m using an Exchange account but the Out of Office command in not showing in the Tools menu.
I tried customizing and resetting the Tools menu manually but the Out of Office Assistant still does not show.
How can I get it back?
► Continue to the answerI sometimes tend to forget to include the promised attachment when sending a message or the subject of a message.
Is there any way that Outlook can remind me of this?
► Continue to the answerLooking at the folder size of my Calendar, I noticed that it takes up a lot of space. This is very well possible since I often store attachments with my Calendar items or receive Meeting invitations with attachments.

How do I turn it into a server rule?

I also have some additional pst-files in that folder which I occassionally use (and disconnect afterwards). However, Outlook keeps going to the default location when trying to create or add a pst-file.
Is there any way I can change the default to my own location?
► Continue to the answerUpon starting Outlook I receive the following error;
“This application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”
I reinstalled Outlook but that did not solve it. How can I recover?
► Continue to the answerI’ve use the Personal Folders Backup add-in to regularly back-up my pst-files. I’ve recently changed my backup location and also configured the backup add-in to use that new location. However, it still is looking for the old location which no longer exists.
How can I make the back-up add-in no longer look for this location?
► Continue to the answerI’ve configured my account in Outlook, and now all my emails have been removed from my web mailbox.
How do I restore them back on the server?
