Show more calendars in Date Navigator

There is a little monthly calendar in Outlook where you can click on a date and then it will open up your calendar at this date. This is very useful to me but when nearing the end of the month, it is becoming less useful as less future dates become visible.
Is there any way that I can view more months?

Outlook Connector or POP3?

Since the HTTP method of accessing my Live Hotmail account in Outlook is no longer supported, I found that I have the option to either use the Outlook Connector or configure it via POP3.
What is the difference and Which one should I choose?

Prevent Reply to All

I want to send a message to a large group, but I don’t want them to be able to “Reply All”. I know if I us the “Bcc” field this will work, but I want the group to know who has received the message. I just don’t want a barage of “Reply All” messages.
Is there a way to disable this function for a particular email?

AutoComplete Quick Parts

I just upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 and it seems something is missing.
In Outlook 2003, when I typed, let’s say my name Jane Doe, after Jane I just hit the enter bar and it automatically typed Doe. The same with my address, I just typed the number of my street and it automatically completed it.
Where is this feature in 2007?

Scanpst.exe keeps finding issues

I’ve scanned my pst-file with scanpst.exe and it displays the following error;
“Internal errors were found in this file. They must be repaired for this file to work correctly.”

I’ve chosen repair and I get the “Repair Completed” feedback after running it. But when I check my pst-file for errors directly after that, I still get the same error notice.
How can I completely fix my pst-file?

AutoCorrect and formatting support

When adding an AutoCorrect entry, I noticed that there is an option for “Plain text” and “Formatted text”. However, this option is greyed out and defaults to “Plain text”.
How can I enable this option is order to store AutoCorrect entries with formatting?

I often use the Preview Attachment feature in Outlook 2007 to quickly go through the attachments I receive.
Should I be worried about any macro code or other types of security threads when looking at my attachments this way?

Icons of configured rules

Looking at the symbols of my rules, I see several rules which have the hammer and wrench icon while others don’t.
What is the meaning of this icon and the other icons I see in the Rules and Alerts dialog?

Insert scanned document as attachment

A follow up question came in based on yesterday’s tip for directly inserting scanned images into a message;

Is it also possible to attach these scanned images instead of inserting them into the message body?
When scanning in a document such as a signed contract, it doesn’t make sense to insert them into the message body.

Insert picture directly from scanner or camera

When I had Word set as my email editor, I had the option to directly insert a picture from a scanner or camera via the Insert menu. That option is now gone after I have switched to Outlook 2007.
Is there any way to get this functionality back?
