Following your previous post about setting the time scale in the Calendar, the reverse is true for me and I shortened the time period of the time scale so the hours are spread longer (I’ve set it to 15 minutes). Now some of my longer appointments are just big blobs of color.
Is there anyway to fill this space with some more meaningful info such as the notes I wrote in the appointment?

I’m only working on a small screen and because of this, when looking at the Calendar, I only see a few hours per day and for the rest I need to scroll. I’m working within the Calendar quite a bit on a daily basis which means I needs to scroll quite a lot.
Is there any way to fit in more hours even on my small screen?

When browsing the Internet and coming across a website that I like, I often subscribe to their RSS feed via Internet Explorer and then it will automatically go into Outlook. This works great. However, in Internet Explorer, I’ve grouped my RSS feeds based on their topic but in Outlook this just shows up as a long list and I’d have to sort it again.
Is there any way that I can have Outlook mimic the folder structure that I created via Internet Explorer?

I’m using the Journal feature of Outlook to keep a sort of diary. Pretty much all of the Entry Types in the diary is for computer related stuff.
How can I add things like; shopping, sports, home repairs, etc…?
At work I could use an Entry Type “errands” as well.

I have multiple address lists in Outlook;
1 is our internal list (Global Address Book)
1 is my business contacts
1 contains my private contacts.
When I bring up the Address Book in Outlook, by default it shows our internal list. However, I work a lot more with my business contacts in my Contacts folder.
Is there a way I can make my own Contacts folder the default?

It’s great that Outlook automatically generates Birthday reminders for the contacts I create with Birthday information but, sadly, it puts a default reminder of 15 minutes before the Birthday. As I sync Outlook with my mobile device, it wakes me up at night.
Can I make Outlook remember me of the Birthday at a more appropriate time?
