Send Word document as email body

In previous versions of Word I was able to send a Word document as the body of a new message by clicking the envelope button on the Toolbar. In Word 2007 I can only find the option to send it as an attachment. Is this option gone?

Don’t receive all messages in Plain Text

When opening Outlook, all my emails are displayed in Plain Text. I have tried changing the security setttings to display messages in HTML but this had no effect.
How can I receive messages in HTML?

Grayed out rules

There are some rules that I want to remove but when I go to Tools-> Rules and Alerts, these rules are grayed out and cannot be removed. How can I get rid of these “ghost rules”?

Import/Export rules

I have quite a few rules. Can I make a backup of just my rules just in case something happens to them?

MAPI32.DLL error after clean install

I installed Office 2003. Restarted my computer and clicked on the outlook icon, and an error message said;

“Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version.
This could have been caused by installing messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook.”

I reinstalled it a few times and it said the same thing. What’s wrong here?

AutoPreview for all messages

For some reason the AutoPreview only works on unread messages. Those messages that have been read no longer show the AutoPreview. For all other machines in the firm the AutoPreview shows on ALL messages regardless of whether they have been read or not. How can I achieve the same?

Wrong color coding

I used Organize/Colors to color code email in my Inbox. All works fine except that any email from one particular person, John Hill, is colored olive no matter what I set the color to. Trouble is, I use olive for a different set of senders. I need his to be teal. It worked correctly for a week or so, but now no matter what I do, or how many times I try to change it, it always stays olive.

Any solution?

Remove proper mail from Junk E-mail folder

Once or twice a month I go through the Junk E-Mail folder and scan through looking for valid e-mails. If I find something that isn’t Junk, I click Mark As Not Junk and then it moves it to the Inbox.

I had multiple senders with multiple e-mails in my Junk E-mail folder and I had to manually look for and move each e-mail to the Inbox.

Is there any way to Mark As Not Junk and then have that automatically apply to other e-mails in the Junk E-mail folder from the same sender?
