Signature won’t save because of File Block settings

When trying to create a new signature or editing an existing one, I get the following error;

"You are attempting to save a file type (Web Pages) that has been blocked by your File Block settings in the Trust Center"

The error also gives instructions to solve it, but when I follow these, I don't seem to have a "File Block Settings" in Trust Center.

How can I solve this and re-enable the saving of Signatures again?

Cannot verify Security Certificate warning

When I start Outlook, I get an "Internet Security Warning" dialog box with the message;

The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified.
The target principal name is incorrect.

I clicked on "View Certificate" and installed the certificate, but I still get this dialog each time I start Outlook.

Clicking "Yes" each time allows me to use Outlook as normal but how can get rid of this dialog?

Training Outlook’s Junk E-mail Filter

I'm getting the same spam message over and over again even though I mark it as Junk each time. I expected that Outlook would delete these messages automatically after I delete a couple of them. How can I train the Junk E-mail Filter in Outlook?

Internet message header in OWA

I know how to get the Internet message header in Outlook, but is there also a way to see them when using Outlook Web Access (OWA)?

Permanently delete from pst-file and Compact Now

I know that when I permanently delete something from Outlook (so also from the Deleted Items folder), it will still not be deleted directly and my pst-file won't become smaller unless I run Compact Now. Until then or until it gets overwritten, the data is still stored within the pst-file and thus recoverable as you described here.

I'd prefer the deleted items to be really gone and free up space directly. For this I now manually run Compact Now a couple of times per week.

Can I configure Outlook that it will always automatically compact the pst-file whenever I delete something?

Outlook Hotmail Connector and HTTPS support

Cancelling Exchange password prompt still shows my e-mail

I've set my Exchange account to "Always prompt for logon credentials" thinking that it would prevent people from being able to get to my messages. I've noticed that when you simply click on "Cancel" when getting the password prompt, Outlook still shows my messages. How can I password protect my Exchange mailbox?

Safe-listed mail still ends up in Junk E-mail folder

Even though I have marked a message as "Not Junk", safe-listed it via "Add Sender to Safe Sender List" and "Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List", messages from this sender still end up in the Junk E-mail folder. What do I need to change in order to get these messages delivered to the Inbox?

Remove Outlook search results from Start Menu

When typing in the Search field in the Start Menu, I also get results from Outlook. When presenting, I often start my applications via a Search in the Start Menu as well. Obviously, I do not want to reveal my contacts (customers) and some other data that I've stored in Outlook to others when doing this. How can I prevent the Search results to also reveal Outlook data in the Start Menu?

Password Exchange account not remembered

Every time I start Outlook, I'm being asked for the password of my Exchange account. When I configured my account, I enabled the option to remember my password but I still get prompted the next time I use Outlook and now I don't have an option to save my password anymore. Passwords for my other accounts are remembered just fine. How can I set Outlook to remember my Exchange password as well?

Internet headers in Outlook 2010

In previous versions of Outlook, I could right click a message and choose Message Options... from the context menu. This would allow me to see the Internet headers of the received message. When I right click on a message in Outlook 2010, I don't see this option anymore. How can I access the Message Options and view the Internet headers in Outlook 2010?

Hidden emails in shared mailbox

When sharing a mailbox, some of the users accessing this mailbox do not see all messages while others do. Some other folders even show that there are unread items in them, eventhough everything has been marked as read or when the folder is empty. How can I make these "hidden" messages available to everyone?

Not getting Office updates via Windows Update

Hiding details of appointments and meetings

When co-workers plan a meeting and are looking at free/busy times, they can see the details of any appointment if they hover the mouse pointer over the appointment. Is there a way to block that?
