This is to prevent me from reviewing the meeting receipts that don't have any verbiage contained in the body.

I see where I can look for specific words, but don't know how to examine for the presence of text.

How can I filter out these empty responses?

Only afterwards, I realized that I was only a BCC recipient in the original message and thus I now reveal myself to the rest which the original sender obviously did not want.

As this can be quite embarrassing not only to me but also to the original sender, is there any way that Outlook can warn me that I was only a BCC recipient for the email?

However, some conversations went back to an interesting topic again and I want to start receiving them in my Inbox again.

I've looked at my list of rules, but I cannot find any rule in my list of rules which is responsible for moving/deleting this conversation.
