Saving emails as pdf-files

Unlike in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, I don't seem to have an option to save my emails as pdf-files.

Is this correct and if so; How can I save emails as pdf-files anyway?

Print a message with today’s date and time

For archiving or approving purposes (especially with drafts), we need to print out e-mail messages with the current date and time on it. I believe Outlook 2003 did this automatically but Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 no longer do this. Instead these version only print with the sent/received date and no date at all for Draft messages. Is there any way to "restamp" the date and time on a message when printing?

Printing an opened Note in Outlook 2010

This might be a silly question but how do I print an opened Note in Outlook 2010? In Outlook 2007 and previous, there was a print option listed in the menu which shows when you clicked on the Note icon in the top left corner. This icon and all options are still there except for the Print... option.

Address envelopes with Outlook contact data

I've tried a couple of times to create envelopes in Word for Outlook contacts (for which I've entered addresses) but every time I try I end up clicking around a lot without any satisfactory result. This seems like a core functionality of Outlook though, which shouldn’t be too hard and quickly to repeat so I must be doing something wrong here. Could you walk me through the process of creating envelopes?

Print multiple notes or short emails on a single page

I've got a list of notes in Outlook's Notes folder which I would like to print. However, as these notes are quite short, I wish to save some paper and print multiple notes on a single page. I've tried selecting all the notes that I would like to print and then use the print option, but this does still make Outlook to print each note to a separate page. How can I print my notes the way I want them to?

Print via keyboard shortcut bug in Outlook 2010

Using Outlook 2010, when I CTRL+P to print my emails, I then get the option Table Style or Memo Style. I am used to pressing CTRL+P and Enter to print. Under this new way, I then need to tab or click the Print button. Is there any quick way to automatically default to printing in Memo Style?

Printouts getting cut off on the side

When printing a message, the right hand side of the message is being cut off. This usually only happen to the first page of the message and all other pages print out just fine. How can I get the first page to print correctly as well?

Print or copy the meeting attendee list

Printing calendar with appointment times

I'm trying to print my calendar but the appointment times do not print for all layouts. Sometimes I see all times, sometimes only the starting times and sometimes no time at all. How can I force Outlook to print both the beginning and the end times of my appointments?

Do not print Tracking Receipts

When I print a Sent Item which holds tracking information from Read Receipts I requested, Outlook also prints out the entire list of tracking receipt responses. Is there a way that I can print a message without these tracking receipts?

Printing combined Calendars

I have access to multiple calendars in Outlook. With the overlay option I'm able to combine them but I cannot seem to print the calendars in this combined state. How can I print multiple calendars in a single view?

Printing Calendar and Tasks of delegate

I've got delegate permssions to the Calendar and Tasks list of my manager. However, when I try to print the Calendar of my manager, it prints with my task list and not the one of my manager. How can I print the combination of calendar and tasks of my manager only?

Outlook crash when printing

Whenever I try to print something from Outlook, it either hangs or crashes. I can print just fine from other applications, I updated the printer driver and when trying to print to another printer I get the same results. How can I get printing to work again?

Print partial message
