What’s in the vcf-file?

I created a .vcf and tested sending it to myself. When I did so and clicked on the Activities tab, every email, task, etc was listed! Is that because I’m opening it up on my own computer? Is this information going to appear to everyone I send this .vcf to?

Attachments show up in body

For most users when they attached a document it showed up in the new line as Attachment. But for at least one user the attachment is added to the mailbody. Is there a way to toggle the location?

Message window size and location not remembered

Whenever I create a new message the associated window is really small and in an inconvenient location (half off of my Desktop).
How do I change the default size and position of the new message window such that all of it is visible on my desktop?

Email empty when changing signature

After composing my email I changed my signature. When doing that it deleted all the text from the message. What happened and how can I prevent this from happening?

Cannot save as oft-file

When trying to save a message as an oft-file (when creating a reply template for a message rule) I don’t get the option to save it as an Outlook Template. How can I enable this?

Dialog box is open

I am getting a message saying;
“A dialog box is open. Close it and try again.”

This happens when I try and create a new mail message. However there is no dialog box open.

Send meeting requests but don’t request responses

I’m organizing an open event and want to send a lot of people a notification of this event. I’d like to send out an appointment so they can add it easily to their Calendar but I really don’t need to receive a notification in whether or not they will come. How can I achieve this?
