Saving emails as pdf-files

Unlike in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, I don't seem to have an option to save my emails as pdf-files.

Is this correct and if so; How can I save emails as pdf-files anyway?

Backup and restore Categories

I've created a list of Categories in Outlook which I don't like to lose so I thought about backing them up. Unfortunately I couldn't find an export/import option for this. How do I backup my Categories and, if possible; can I also copy or restore them to another mail profile?

AutoArchive feature is missing

My mailbox is getting full and I wanted to archive some of my older emails with AutoArchive. However, it looks like I don't have this feature available in Outlook at all. A search revealed that update KB2412171 for Outlook 2007 might be to blame here, but I don't have that installed as I use Outlook 2010. How can I get the AutoArchive feature in Outlook?

Backup and Restore Quick Parts

I've created a couple Quick Part text templates in Outlook which I use to quickly answer some common questions.

As I have spent quite some time creating them, I'd hate to lose them either when something goes wrong or when I get a new computer.

How can I make a backup of these Quick Parts?

I have a recurring appointment that is scheduled for the 4th Thursday of every month. Is there a way to print just that series of appointments so I can see where it falls every month for the next year in printed form?

Apply Business Card template

Reply to all emails in a specific folder

Over a period of time, we've been receiving emails with feedback information. We've collected these messages into a separate folder. Now we want to reply to these messages with the results of the feedback and a thank you note. Considering the amount of messages, replying to each individual message isn't an option. How can I reply to all these emails in a specific folder at once?

Adding all message recipients as Contacts

As a responds to Creating distribution list from email recipients the following question was asked;

Instead of creating a Distribution List, I want to add everyone the message was sent to as a separate contact. Is that possible as well without having to right click each recipient and then choose “Add to Outlook Contacts?

I've received a messages with a lot of people in the To and CC field. As we're all going to work on the same project, I want to create a distribution list containing these people. Is there an easy way I can create a distribution list directly from the message or do I have to manually add everybody (I hope not...)?

Backing up all Ribbon customizations at once

After making several changes to the Ribbons and Quick Access Toolbars in Outlook, I wanted to make a backup of my customizations. There is an export button for this in the Options dialog but this only backs up the customizations for the current item window and not all the item windows which are available in Outlook. This makes the exporting process quite cumbersome. Is there a way to backup all the Ribbon customizations at once?

Import contacts from an nk2-file

I've got an nk2-file with addresses that I don't want to lose as they are not in my Contacts folder yet. Now I'm switching to a new computer I wonder; How can I move over or import the contacts from the nk2-file?
