I would like to create a rule that will allow me to filter all of the meeting receipts where people have typed in a message to me.
This is to prevent me from reviewing the meeting receipts that don’t have any verbiage contained in the body.
I see where I can look for specific words, but don’t know how to examine for the presence of text.
How can I filter out these empty responses?

In my IMAP account, the default mail folders like Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, etc are subfolders of my Inbox folder.
I have been able to set the Sent Items and Deleted Items folders of my IMAP account so that they now work, but the Junk E-mail filter does not work.
Why are my folders all under the Inbox folder and how can I make the Junk E-mail folder work with my IMAP account?

While message rules can help to automatically file the bulk of your messages directly into the correct folder, processing your mail is of course more than just moving it.
Instead of using your mouse, you can move, flag, categorize, etc your mail via a keyboard shortcut which is often quicker (and more accurate when for instance in a train).
Which ones are you using?

In my Out of Office settings I’ve created a rule to forward my mail to another e-mail address whenever I enable the OOF.
However, this doesn’t seem to function. When I tested it, I did get the OOF notification, but the message never got forwarded.
What am I doing wrong and how can I get this to work?

I then added all three Propose New Time icons to the Quick Access Toolbar, but they are gray.
Why can’t I propose a new time?

When I start Outlook, I get an “Internet Security Warning” dialog box with the message;
The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified.
The target principal name is incorrect.
I clicked on “View Certificate” and installed the certificate, but I still get this dialog each time I start Outlook.
Clicking “Yes” each time allows me to use Outlook as normal but how can get rid of this dialog?

When I open a message in Outlook Web Access (OWA) via a double click or create a new message, this message is opened in a separate window.
This basically “detaches” it from the current browser window and makes it hard to find back when I switch between applications.
Can I open it in a new tab instead so that I can group all my OWA activity together?

How do I backup my Categories and, if possible; can I also copy or restore them to another mail profile?
